Ms. Chen is an expert on China government policy and business structure.  She is sitting on the board of China Mechanical Engineering Association, served as Vice President of China Structure Mechanics Institute, and visiting professor to Sichuan University and several other universities.  Over the span of her 35 years in China (20 of which as an executive), Guoqin has built a network among Chinese business decision makers and research scholars.  She has led numerous projects and won national awards.  Guoqing’s guidance to our business and market insights adds great value to our clients.
